LAST TRANSNATIONAL MEETING

The 25th and 26th 2017 the last meeting of the project has taken place in Rome. All the members of the partnership have participated  and it has been an opportunity to evaluate the implemented activities and the achieved results. It has been also analyzed the general impact of the project and specifically  the impact on the partner organizations and on direct beneficiaries.

Furthermore we agreed on a Dissemination plan to guarantee the project sustainability in the future.
